Overdue reminders have always been sent? Every set amount of days its in settings? These threads need to be dated.

The mobile and web platforms currently offer an overdue reminder set to a maximum of ‘after 7 days’. However, we have received several requests from users in this thread to extend this feature, allowing for customization beyond the 7-day limit hence this thread has been kept active.
