Ability to set on the invoice which payment method was used by the client among all the payment methods available to pay the invoice.

That would help a lot. And be able to see a by invoice of the payment methods

That would be very useful. I am having difficulties in identifying which payments goes to which transfer (in particular: eWallet)when I receive the bank statement and trying to do the reconciliation.

I would like to have an option to set which payment option they need to you.

Eg - one bank account for one customer, and a different account for another customer.

Currently I have to keep editing the payment options all the time and it’s very annoying. Especially when it reverts back to the ones previously set in the app.

When payment received. I cannot close the invoice as paid. I dont have emails to send

I have a customer that paid with a credit card but I wasn’t setup to receive credit card payments. It shows I have that money in cash flow but it needs to be refunded back to his card, how do we get that taken care of?

Thank you for contacting Bookipi. To turn off or remove card payments in the app, please follow the steps below.

Mobile app version:

Go to ‘More’ then ‘Settings’ in your Bookipi app.
Navigate to ‘Customer Payment Option’.
Disable the ‘Accept Card Payments’ option.

This will remove Stripe as a payment option for your invoices on both the web and mobile versions of the app.

Web app version:

Click on your business icon on the left side of the screen
Go to ‘Settings’ and access ‘General’ tab
On the ‘Payment section’ disable the ‘Accept card payments’ button.

In the invoice, there is details of payment date shown. I would like to request details of payment mode to be shown too. Also it would be good if we can input two different payment mode with partial amount each. Some customer pay by two different modes.
